About Arc4

Arc4 is a digital consultancy that helps enterprise franchise, multi-location, and operationally complex brands build, manage, and scale their digital ecosystems. We work across franchise websites, corporate websites, complex CMS implementations, technical integrations, analytics, managed services, SEO, paid media, and local-focused digital experiences.

Our work is centered on helping brands connect national strategy with local execution. That means building digital experiences that support growth, simplify operations, improve visibility, and perform across hundreds or thousands of locations, markets, teams, and customer journeys.

Our clients usually come to us because their digital ecosystems have become increasingly complex. Their websites, CMS platforms, data, integrations, analytics, content workflows, search presence, paid media programs, and internal processes all need to work together at scale. Our job is to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to those complex digital environments.

We are building Arc4 as an AI-native agency, not by chasing trends, but by using AI to work smarter, move faster, improve delivery, and create better outcomes for clients. As we continue to grow, the Delivery Manager will play a key role in strengthening how we deliver work, support clients, manage teams, and optimize our delivery engine.

The Role

We are hiring a Delivery Manager to lead delivery across a mixed portfolio of franchise website builds, corporate website implementations, complex CMS projects, technical integrations, analytics work, managed services retainers, and ongoing client support workstreams including SEO, AEO, and Paid Media.

You will take signed scopes and turn them into real plans. That means staffing, timelines, budgets, dependencies, client communication, team accountability, risk management, and follow-through. You will help make sure the work is moving, the team is clear, the client is informed, and leadership has visibility into what is healthy, what is at risk, and what needs attention.

A strong candidate should be comfortable managing website builds, technical workstreams, developers, Project Managers, and Designers to assist with QA, CMS requirements, integration dependencies, client feedback, launch planning, and post-launch support. SEO, GEO, AEO, and digital visibility work will be part of the portfolio, especially through retainers and managed services, but the center of gravity is technical website delivery and implementation at scale.

This is a managerial delivery role, not just a project management role. You will still need to understand the details and jump in when needed, but your main value is helping Arc4 scale a delivery model that already works. You will help make our best habits more repeatable across teams, accounts, and workstreams: strong planning, clear communication, thoughtful resourcing, consistent documentation, team accountability, and a high-quality client experience.

You will help shape how delivery works at Arc4. That means you should have strong opinions about process, but not process for the sake of process. We need someone who understands that good delivery is about clarity, accountability, profitability, and trust.

What You’ll Own

Portfolio Delivery: Own delivery across a high-quality book of active client work, including website builds, complex CMS projects, technical integrations, analytics implementations, managed services retainers, and ongoing client support. This will usually mean multiple SOWs, retainers, change orders, and workstreams across accounts.

Website and Implementation Delivery: Lead the delivery of complex website and technical implementation projects from planning through launch and stabilization. Keep requirements, design, development, QA, content, integrations, analytics, and client approvals moving together with the level of clarity and discipline our clients expect from Arc4.

Scope Implementation: Take signed SOWs and turn them into executable plans. Translate deliverables, hours, assumptions, timelines, and milestones into clear project plans, staffing needs, dependencies, and client-facing expectations that set the team up to deliver with confidence.

Managed Services and Retainer Health: Oversee ongoing managed services work after launch. Help prioritize requests, manage utilization, keep clients informed, and make sure retainers continue to create clear value for clients while staying organized, focused, and profitable.

Team Management and Accountability: Lead the delivery rhythm across employees and contractors. Keep people aligned on priorities, ownership, deadlines, and next steps. Coach PMs and delivery team members while reinforcing the high standards that make Arc4’s work strong.

Budgets and Margin: Track hours, burn, utilization, and margin across your portfolio. Use data to keep engagements healthy, identify scope opportunities early, and protect the business side of every client relationship. Retainer utilization, scope creep, change orders, and write-offs should all be familiar territory.

Resourcing and Capacity: Help staff projects across a mixed team of employees and contractors. Balance utilization, skill fit, client continuity, timing, and quality so the right people are focused on the right work at the right time.

Timelines and Risk: Build realistic project plans, identify critical paths, and manage dependencies across strategy, development, design, analytics, client teams, and third-party systems. Maintain clear visibility into what is on track, what needs attention, and how to keep complex work moving.

Client Relationship Ownership: Serve as a senior day-to-day delivery contact for clients. Run status calls when required, send clear updates, manage expectations, and communicate tradeoffs directly. Build the kind of trust where clients know Arc4 is leading the work with clarity, confidence, and accountability.

Process and Tooling: Help evolve how we use Jira, Slack, documentation, reporting, AI tools, and the workflows that connect them. Build on what already works, sharpen the systems that help us scale, and turn strong delivery habits into repeatable operating standards.

AI-enabled Delivery: Use AI as part of your day-to-day workflow. Draft documentation faster. Summarize meetings. Improve reporting. QA deliverables. Identify risks. Build better internal systems. Help the rest of the team use AI in practical ways that make strong work even stronger.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with project management, strategy, development, design, client service, and leadership to keep complex work moving at a high level. You will not own every discipline, but you will help those disciplines work together in a way that is clear, coordinated, and built to scale.

Who You Are

You are a strong agency operator who knows what excellent delivery looks like. You have led complex work, earned client trust, and helped teams deliver at a high level. You bring the judgment, discipline, and confidence needed to keep sophisticated work moving across clients, teams, timelines, and technical dependencies.

You are especially comfortable around website and technical implementation work for major brands. You can manage developers, designers, QA, analytics, client stakeholders, and third-party partners without losing the thread. You may not write code, but you understand how technical work moves, how to ask the right questions, and how to translate complexity into clear decisions and next steps.

You bring calm, confident leadership to the room. You are comfortable working with enterprise clients, senior stakeholders, and brands where the work is highly visible and the expectations are high. You are direct when scope needs to be managed, practical when tradeoffs need to be made, and steady when priorities shift.

You are comfortable operating in the details and at the portfolio level. You know when to zoom in, when to step back, when to escalate, and when to make a call. You bring enough technical fluency to understand dependencies, identify risk, and keep implementation work moving without needing to be the deepest technical person in the room.

You are AI-forward in a real way. Not because it sounds good in a job posting, but because you have already found practical ways to use AI to make your work faster, clearer, or better. You should be able to talk through specific examples of how AI has improved your workflow, your documentation, your reporting, or your delivery process.

You think in systems. You know that great delivery is not just about individual effort, it is about repeatable habits, clear expectations, smart tooling, strong communication, and good judgment. You document what matters. You measure what you can. You use data when it exists and experience when it does not.

Required

  • 5+ years of direct agency project management, delivery management, or operations experience within the last 5 years.
  • Experience leading technical website builds, CMS implementations, integration-heavy projects, or complex digital implementation work for clients with meaningful scale.
  • Experience managing retainers, managed services, post-launch support, or ongoing client delivery work where quality, responsiveness, and business value matter.
  • Experience managing or mentoring PMs, coordinators, contractors, or cross-functional delivery team members.
  • Strong understanding of agency economics, including retainers, hourly billing, scope management, utilization, margin, change orders, and write-offs.
  • Active use of AI tools in your delivery or project management workflow. You should be able to walk us through specific examples of how AI has made your work faster, clearer, or more effective.
  • Experience managing both employees and contractors on the same engagements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You write clearly, directly, and with respect for the reader’s time.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools, with the discipline to keep the system accurate, useful, and trusted by the team.
  • A track record of managing multiple concurrent SOWs, retainers, or workstreams while maintaining quality, visibility, and client confidence.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience working with enterprise, franchise, multi-location, or operationally complex brands.
  • Experience delivering franchise websites, corporate websites, CMS-driven web programs, technical integrations, analytics implementations, or large-scale digital implementation work.
  • Experience with tools and platforms such as WordPress, Contentful, Shopify, Yext, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Jira, or similar systems.
  • Experience managing SEO, local SEO, GEO, AEO, analytics, paid media, or digital visibility work as part of managed services, retainers, or post-launch optimization.
  • Experience helping agencies or consulting teams scale delivery standards, resourcing models, documentation practices, project management systems, or client communication rhythms.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification, as long as it reflects how you actually work.

What Won’t Work

  • Someone who is anti-AI or skeptical of using AI in day-to-day work. Arc4 is building an AI-native agency, and this role needs to help lead that standard inside delivery.
  • Someone who only wants to manage marketing services or campaign work. This role needs someone who is comfortable with websites, technical delivery, CMS work, integrations, QA, launch planning, managed services, and the operational details that come with complex client environments.
  • Someone who loves process but does not understand business impact. We need strong delivery systems, but we also need sharp judgment around scope, margin, client trust, team capacity, and long-term account health.
  • Someone who only wants to be an individual contributor. This role requires team leadership, coaching, accountability, and ownership of how delivery scales across the business.
  • Someone who waits too long to communicate. High-quality delivery requires clear updates, smart escalation, and direct conversations before decisions get harder than they need to be.

Why This Role at Arc4

You will have real ownership. You will lead meaningful client work with the autonomy to make decisions, guide teams, and shape how delivery happens. This is not a role where you simply inherit a playbook and follow it.

You will grow into a larger leadership seat. Arc4 is growing, and this role is designed for someone who wants more than project management. You will have the opportunity to lead people, strengthen delivery systems, influence resourcing, and help shape how the company scales.

You will work on complex, high-visibility client work. Our clients are enterprise, franchise, multi-location, and operationally complex brands. The work is strategic, technical, visible, and tied to real business outcomes.

You will help build an AI-native agency. Arc4 is actively using AI to improve how we sell, plan, build, document, QA, report, and support client work. You will have the opportunity to help set the standard for how AI improves delivery inside a modern consultancy.

You will be close to the decisions. You will work directly with Arc4 leadership and have visibility into how the business operates. Your judgment will matter, your input will be heard, and your work will have a clear impact.

You will join a strong team with high standards. Arc4 is small, senior, and intentional about the work we take on. You will be surrounded by people who care about quality, client trust, clear communication, and doing work they are proud of.

You will see the impact of your work. At Arc4, strong operators do not disappear into layers of management. The clients you lead, the team members you coach, the systems you strengthen, and the delivery standards you help build will directly shape the next stage of the company.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus. Bonus performance will be evaluated based on delivery health, project budget management, sprint execution, team capacity visibility, client communication quality, and contributions to Arc4’s delivery process as we scale.

Company health insurance. We offer company-sponsored health insurance to support you and your family.

401(k). We offer a 401(k) plan to help you plan for your future.

Unlimited PTO. We trust our team to manage their time, communicate clearly, and take the time they need to recharge.

Monthly Wi-Fi stipend. We provide a monthly stipend to support your remote work setup.

Work from anywhere. Arc4 is a remote-first company. You can do great work from wherever you work best, as long as you are available to collaborate with clients and team members during core business hours.

A role with real impact. You will join a small, senior team where your work is visible, your judgment matters, and your contributions help shape the next stage of Arc4.
