What do you like best about Arc4?

Sarah is responsive and personable – It was a pleasure working with her the team made changes quickly, made realistic deadlines, and was always punctual.

What do you dislike about Arc4?

That the project is over – In all honesty they made this project so easy especially when I had multiple large projects moving at the same time I knew I did not have to worry about this project not meeting deadlines.

The expertise, the speed of development, and the contacts we work with regularly.

Expertise: there hasn’t been an idea that they haven’t been able to solve for us in an efficient way

Speed: incredibly fast with building features and very responsive in solving bugs or issues

Contacts: Holden and Tyler are an absolute joy to work with – incredibly responsive and feel a part of our team (very valuable to us)

Reporting errors isn’t always as clear. Sometimes it is Google Sheets, sometimes email, etc.

What do you like best about Arc4?

Once we were launched, Arc4 took the time to review the site and made recommendations on improving the site overall, which was massively helpful for them to experience our website as a user, and their insights on what to improve and how was invaluable to us. We sincerely appreciated that feedback and it made us feel like they take pride in the work they have done for our website.

What do you dislike about Arc4?

This is less of a critique of Arc4 and more of the platform – there are just some weird limitations of Yext that can be challenging, and I don’t think we knew those going into it. I think something that could have helped in the beginning is a video or training on what to expect when setting up a Yext website, and what the limitations are compared to other common CMS platforms. This way we can set realistic expectations with our own companies, and the teams we communicate with.
