We are hiring a Project Manager - Yext Platform to lead delivery across Arc4's Yext portfolio, a book of enterprise accounts running on the Yext platform. You will own Yext implementations and ongoing enhancements for these accounts. You will be the platform expert in the room: configuring Yext, managing data, running projects, and guiding clients on how to get real visibility results from the platform.
This is a client-facing role that blends three things: technical project management, hands-on platform configuration, and consulting. You will take requests and requirements, turn them into clear plans, configure the Knowledge Graph, Pages, Listings, and Search to meet them, and keep clients and internal stakeholders informed from kickoff through ongoing support.
You will work as part of a broader delivery team that includes account managers, engineers, designers, and other platform specialists. You will not own every discipline, but you will own the platform work and make sure the pieces come together cleanly. You will also work closely with Yext's teams as part of Arc4's partnership.
This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in the United States, working a standard 40-hour week in an agreed U.S. time zone.
Book of Business: Own delivery across your assigned accounts in Arc4's Yext portfolio, including new implementations and ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and data management requests. Prioritize multiple inbound requests and drive each one to completion.
Technical Project Management: Turn client requests into clear plans with owners, timelines, and dependencies. Provide regular status updates and flag risks and opportunities early to clients and the account team.
Requirements and Documentation: Gather requirements and write business requirements documents that capture client business rules, customizations, and data needs, so the platform is configured correctly the first time.
Yext Platform Configuration: Configure Yext to meet client goals, including the Knowledge Graph, Pages, Listings, and Search. Build and manage Connectors for data integrations, analyze and import client data, and model data so it scales across locations.
Quality Assurance: Review the data, content, and configuration loaded into the platform. Catch issues before clients do and keep standards consistent across accounts.
Consulting and Visibility Guidance: Serve as a Yext subject matter expert for clients and internal teams. Advise on data modeling and integration best practices, and on brand visibility across traditional search and AI-driven discovery (SEO, AIO, and GEO).
Troubleshooting and Enhancements: Diagnose complex platform and data issues, recommend scalable fixes, and implement enhancements as client needs evolve.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with clients through meetings and email, and partner closely with account managers, engineers, designers, and other platform specialists to deliver complete solutions.
Product and Process Improvement: Test new platform features and workflows, apply them across your accounts where they add value, and share feedback that improves our processes and internal resources.
AI-Enabled Delivery: Use AI in your daily workflow to draft documentation, QA data and content, summarize meetings, analyze issues, and build better internal tools.
You know Yext, or a platform like it, from the inside. You have configured location data, built integrations, and solved the kind of data problems that only show up at scale. You understand how structured data drives visibility in search and AI answers, and you can explain it to a client in plain terms.
You are equal parts project manager and technologist. You can run a client call, write a clear requirements doc, and then go configure the solution yourself. You may not be a full-time developer, but you are comfortable with data models, imports, APIs, and the technical details that make implementations work.
You are organized and process-driven without being rigid. You can juggle multiple accounts and requests, keep every stakeholder informed, and know when to escalate.
You are AI-forward in a real way. You have already found practical ways to use AI to work faster or better, and you can walk us through specific examples.
You will go deep on Yext. This role is dedicated to Arc4's Yext portfolio, working at enterprise scale across complex accounts alongside one of our closest platform partners. You will build expertise that few people in the industry have.
You will work on high-visibility client work. The brands you support operate across many locations, and the data you manage shapes how they show up in search, maps, and AI answers.
You will help build an AI-native agency. Arc4 is actively using AI to improve how we plan, build, document, QA, and support client work. Your ideas on how to do that better will be heard.
