Holden joined Arc4 with a vision to disrupt, change and challenge existing implementation models of existing partners. In turn, Holden is focused on both creating more efficient processes and programs that will deliver a best in class solution as well as providing value and purpose to create a best in class customer experience. With this, my focus in on being able to deliver Yext Implementations and Servicing to drive unparalleled results for our customers.

Prior to joining Arc4, Holden spent 8 years at Yext, where he spent time across various organizations, such as Delivery, as an Implementation manager, Solutions Engineering and finally Solutions Architecture. Holden was able to learn from both the pre and post-sales world, setting him up to fully understand the sales to implementation process. During his time at Yext, Holden was also able to become extremely technical around topics such as Website Architecture, SEO, IT, and Integrations work and is now taking that knowledge to build a world-class delivery organization.
